Feeling Fit

New Training

I signed up for the Chicago Marathon Saturday. It’s October 12, 2008. It’s pretty far away, but I like that. Not that I did too much last year, but it will be nice to have a more relaxed race schedule for this year. I might not even do a triathlon this

500 Miles

Last weekend at Todd’s Road I joined the 500 mile club. I started running with the Stumblers with Gary on October 22, 2005. Every Saturday that I run out at TR I log my miles on the giant poster that I share with hundreds of past and current runners.

The Headache of Training
